Use of service

• You may use Game Vault to save or retrieve game states (manual entry or photo) for personal, non-commercial use.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the rights to it.
• We may remove content or suspend access if we suspect abuse, illegal activity, or security risk.

Accounts & purchases

• Some features may require an account. Keep your credentials secure.
• Purchases in the shop are handled by our payment processor. Additional terms may apply at checkout.
• All prices include applicable taxes where required. Shipping, returns, and refunds are described at checkout or in our FAQs.

Content & IP

• Site content is owned by Lysogenic Games or its licensors and protected by IP laws.
• You retain rights to your uploads; you grant us a limited licence to store and display them solely to provide the service.

Data retention

Saved states and photos are retained for 30 days and then deleted unless linked to an account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that saves will always be available (e.g., if a code is lost or a save has expired).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lysogenic Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are material, we will post a notice on the site.
