Every round opens with what's on the line — one Punishment and one Reward are flipped at the start of the round.
Draw the chaos
Battle cards decide who wins Control. The controller picks the round's Modifier and who performs the challenge — winning Control isn't winning the round.
Settle the round
Beat the challenge and claim the win. Punishments land immediately, while Rewards can be claimed straight away or saved to the online Game Vault for a future date night. A Joker can block almost anything—even a saved Reward when it's called in.
Sweet
Victory.
Win the Reward and choose when to claim it. Take it immediately or keep it in the Game Vault for a future date night. The fun continues long after the cards have been put away.
Bitter
Defeat.
Losing has consequences. Punishments land when the round ends: take the listed sips unless a Joker saves you. Then reset and play again.
